• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.

• No additional charges apply to deposits.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• 1winapp may suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• The minimum first deposit is BDT 500.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 5x the total of your original deposit plus the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Bet Acceptance

1winapp reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or abnormal are also subject to cancellation.

If a Match is Cancelled

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the outcome will be determined in accordance with 1winapp's policy.
• In the event of a dispute over match results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority is final.

Live Betting

Live Betting allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. However, 1winapp will not be held liable if a bet fails to register due to internet disconnection or technical issues. Odds in Live Betting are subject to change, and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1winapp and will result in account closure and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of results.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Placing bets strategically with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

1winapp reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, though bonus balance may be forfeited.

1winapp will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets not received due to lost internet connection or technical issues.
• Disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.
• Account credentials exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions during software updates or scheduled maintenance.
